30 by 30 Progress - November 2010

And so, in accordance with the 19th Amendment, and as the sole member of my household with voting rights (Emmanuel is Haitian and Fallon is 2), I marched myself (totally kidding here...I did no actual marching) straight to my polling place (well, after work) on November 2nd and cast my vote for umpteen people I've never heard of and am not totally aware of what position they will hold or what decision-making powers they might have (thank you, high school civics and government classes).

But I do feel good about myself.  I now have a right to complain about those in office because I can now say I voted for the other guy.
